Description

Join us for our first Highland Park masterclass, hosted by David Miles from Edrington. David began his extensive career in the industry nearly 20 years ago, just up the road at one of London’s top cocktail bars, 57 Jermyn Street and has since worked at many prestigious venues around the world. He currently works at Edrington UK as their in-house Whisky Specialist. We are delighted to invite you to learn some of the secrets of this wonderful Orkney distillery, as well as discover how 25 years of sedate Orcadian ageing shines through in the glass.
