Riesling and spice

Working out which wine to pair with Asian food can be a daunting task. Even we are tempted into a G&T or beer, but off-dry Riesling, with its pure fruitiness, low alcohol and slight sweetness, balances chilli’s heat. Try one of these with your next Thai or Malay feast.
