Worthy Park, Single Estate Reserve, Rum, Jamaica (45%)

Worthy Park is an incredibly historic estate, with distilling recommenced in 2005 after over 40 years of quiescence. The rum is created through traditional pot-still distillation, with 100% molasses provided weight, texture and character. This is a traditional high-ester Jamaican style rum – which means there is plenty of “funk” adding complexity to the spirit, alongside intense tropical notes of banana and pineapple.
