Greensand Ridge, London Dry Gin, England (40%)

From the garden of England comes this delicious new addition to our Gin offering. The team at Greensand Ridge use a handful of classic gin botanicals and then also include another eight found within one mile of the distillery. Of particular note, for the savoury roundness they give to the gin, are Bay Laurel, Poppy Seeds and the classic Kentish Cobnuts – this latter giving a particularly luscious texture to the finish. If you prefer you G&T more savoury than sweet, this might prove an excellent discovery.
