There is so much life in a glass of this Mezcal. Aromas of freshly cut herbs and exotic citrus fruits mingle with lime and white grapefruit at the heart. The palate is wonderfully aromatic with subtle white pepper and cool cucumber notes. Just at the end, the smoky character creeps in. It is delicate and incredibly balanced with a touch or earthiness and crisp minerality on the finish. If you are new to the world of Mezcal, this is the place to start.
