Composed and refined on the nose, this gently golden, undisclosed Speyside malt is the quintessence of well-matured whiskies from this beautiful region. Well balanced, with fruit, gentle oak and floral touches, this would be a fine accompaniment to a relaxed evening. With some time in the glass, manifold subtle spices can be found and explored. Pair with shortbread or other buttery biscuits, ideally.
