This mixed case of white wine features two bottles apiece from three of California’s most exciting producers: Qupé’s peachy, rich Modern White; the bold and eccentric Wild Boy Chardonnay from Au Bon Climat; and David Ramey’s Sidebar Sauvignon Blanc, an almost Loire-esque wine from one of the region’s cool-climate sites.
