Join us after hours for an evening dedicated to Tasmanian distillery Sullivans Cove. Established in 1994, Sullivans Cove is Tasmania’s second oldest distillery. One of Australia’s best whisky producers, the distillery also produces a selection of gin and Brandy – which you’ll be able to sample at this tasting. We’ll be joined by Sullivans Cove’s Head Distiller Heather Tillott who will talk you through the history of the distillery and the spirits on show. Hosted by Rob Whitehead, Spirits Buyer
