Food will be prepared in-house by our fantastic team, with Head Chef Stewart Turner at the helm; while our range of wine specialists will guide you through the glass in your hand.

Description
Join Barbara Drew, one of just 149 female Masters of Wine, at this food and wine-matching dinner for women. She will work with our Executive Chef, Stewart Turner, to create a four-course dinner held in the beautiful surroundings of the Berry Bros. & Rudd Sussex cellar.
Throughout the evening, Barbara will guide you through the wines she has selected and discuss some of the key principles of food and wine pairing. She’ll showcase a range of wines, from classic fine wines to those from less familiar regions, and along the way, discuss vintage variation, how wines age and how to create the perfect cellar.
The event will be a relaxed opportunity to learn more about food and wine, whether you’re an experienced collector or just starting out, and to meet like-minded women who share an interest in wine.
Wines to be tasted: these will be chosen nearer the time to pair with the seasonal menu
Dress code: smart casual
NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event. Most of the wines will be available to order afterwards.
